Membership Information

Become a Sponge-Member to SAVE BIG on your monthly cleanings! Membership is ideal for individuals that prefer frequent monthly cleanings. This is also great for individuals who have friends and family and would like to provide the gift of cleanliness. Membership allows you to pay a fraction of the cost for a cleaning, as opposed to paying full price. Signing up for one of our tier packages will assure you quality cleanings at savings that you will rarely find. You have the flexibility to dictate exactly what you need cleaned during your services. You must book at least two sessions at a minimum of 2 hours each session per month. Refer to the description below or call us now for more information.

Residentials

99 Monthly + $30/per hour

Standard Cleaning: Anything that we cover with our Standard Cleaning will be eligible for with your service.
Deep Cleaning: Anything that we cover with our Deep Cleaning you will be eligible for with your service.
Laundry / Linen: One full bag each visit. If laundry isn’t on the premises, we will return with laundry within 48 hrs.
Special Services 1: Includes Carpet, Steam, Upholstery Cleanings, Power Washing, Electrostatic Disinfection.
Special Services 2: Includes Carpet, Steam, Upholstery Cleanings, Power Washing, Electrostatic Disinfection.
Products: Include an assorted gift bag of cleaning supplies and aromatherapy that represents our brand. To be provided 1 time per month.
Same Day Service: Being part of our Platinum membership affords you emergency same say bookings. Book before 10 am to ensure your chances for service. If we are unable to make it, your next cleaning will be half off!

General Description and Regulations

Sponge-Membership requires a 90-day commitment with at least 2 sessions booked per month. A minimum of 2 hours is required for each cleaning. You are allowed to have up to 3 households on your account. Cancellations of memberships results in you being charged the initial cleaning rate of all households under the account. Refer to Terms and Conditions for General business procedures.
